it was certified to ISO9001.

In 2000

it was certified to QS9000.

It moved to the new plant area of Yunhe Economic Development Zone.

It was restructured as a stock company and got the verification of listed qualification.

Harbin Xingfei Auto Parts Co., Ltd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary) was set up.

In 2001

Beijing Tianyuan Sealing Parts Co., Ltd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary) was set up.

In 2003

Beijing Guangzhen Auto Parts Co., Ltd. (a Sino-Korean company) was set up.

Shandong Zhenyuan Shuixing Auto Parts Co., Ltd. (a Sino-Korean company) was set up.

Shandong Xuyuan Metal Co., Ltd. was set up.

In 2004

Shandong Zhenyuan Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. (a Sino-Korean company) was set up.

Shandong Shuixing Laifu Airbags Co., Ltd. (a Sino-Korean company) was set up.
