Production equipment

The Group has emphasized on the update and introduction of equipment which are introduced from Germany, Italy, Japan and Korea in order to help the Group take a leading position among the industry and guarantee to make high-quality products.

In terms of rubber and plastic products, the Group has more than 20 Germany injection molding machines, blow molding machines and vacuum forming machines, 5 Italy EPDM production lines, over 30 rubber extrusion machines, 2 electrostatic flocking and painting lines, 4 CNC machining centers for mould processing and more than 380 rubber fining mixers and vulcanizing presses.

In terms of rubber hoses, the Group has about 120 silicon hose roll forming machines, rubber injection molding machines, plate vulcanizing presses, rubber knitting hose production lines, plastic extrusion machines, mixers, plastic injection machines, plastic extrusion machines, MDRs and electronic tension machines.

In terms of aluminum alloy hubs and window lifters, all production equipment are introduced from foreign countries and the Group has the most automated production lines in the world. What’s more, the Group has complete aluminum alloy hub production equipment, advanced low pressure casting lines and automatic electroplating and painting lines.
