R&D Strength

Under the Group is Technology Development Center, which undertakes the development and technical guidance tasks of new products and is an important technical support in the Group’s development strategy. The Center has 36 professional technicians with a bachelor degree or above and 85 senior engineers, which consist of an influential research team among the auto industry. The Center can conduct mould design and development with the OEMs by using 3D or 2D software, and design and develop according to customers’ parts, sizes or samples.

The Center focuses on the grasp and learning of industrial cutting-edge information, and strengthens the exchanges and cooperation with external agencies besides self-development. The Group has appointed lots of experts from DSM, DuPont and 3M as technical advisers for site guidance and project research. For complex mould design task, the Group will contact with above-mentioned experts via internet and get feedback and design programs within 2 hours. In addition, the Center has established closed partnerships with Beijing University of Chemical Technology, South China University of Technology, Hubei University, Qingdao University of Science and Technology and other universities to carry out long-term research cooperation.
