Shandong Shuixing Auto Parts Group (the Group) is engaged in the production and distribution of non-metal auto parts and some electronic products, such as rubber (plastic) sealing parts, plastic parts, decorative parts, rubber hoses and window lifters. Now the Group has become the strategic partner of many large auto groups such as FAW Jiefang, DFAC and Foton, and the primary supplier of Beijing Hyundai, JBC, Yutong and SINOTRUCK, taking a leading position in the field of auto parts, especially rubber sealing parts.

With a total assets of RMB 1 billion and a staff of 3,200, the Group has set up Shandong Shuixing Bohui Auto Parts Co., Ltd., Shandong Shuixing Auto Parts Group Co., Ltd. and Shandong Shuixing Auto Parts Group in Dezhou, Beijing Guangzhen Auto Parts Co., Ltd. in Beijing, Changchun FAW Shuixing Auto Parts Co., Ltd. in Changchun, Shandong Shuixing Qingdao Rubber Products Co., Ltd. in Qingdao, Beijing Guangzhen Auto Parts Co., Ltd. (a Sino-foreign joint venture) and Shandong Zhenyuan Shuixing Auto Parts Co., Ltd.

Headquartered in Wucheng Economic Development Zone, Dezhou City, the core enterprise Shandong Shuixing Bohui Auto Parts Co., Ltd. has a staff of more than 1,300, an area of more than133,333 square meters and a construction area of more than 80,000 square meters. The company is equipped with more than 400 rubber injection molding machines, extrusion lines, plate vulcanizing presses, mixers, plastic injection machines and plastic extrusion machines, with an annual production capacity of over 15,000 tons. The company has been certified to ISO/TS16949:2002 and CCC, too.

The Group has established a R&D Center as individual municipal research institute and a public service platform for local counterparts. The group can conduct mould design and development with 3D software and design and develop sealing, damping and decoration products according to drawings and sizes. Its R&D team has the capacity of concept design, product moulding, mould manufacturing, reverse engineering and structure design, and the systemic R&D capacity from design to project construction, and is characterized by fast development and low cost.

In 2010, the Group seized the opportunities of national pulling auto industry to enhance its production capacity and occupy market share, achieved good results and realized sales revenue of RMB1.2 billion.
